What is See-D ?

People in developing countries are facing the poverty due to the lack of access to sanitation, health system and other minimum resources for the lives. It often happens that they cannot even purchase them even if they have money – because the technologies are not appropriately designed for their lifestyle and needs.
Technologists and industries in Japan, on the contrast, have great technologies. Still, they often struggle in designing products for developing countries because of geographical and language barriers with the users.
See-D contest is where these two meet and work forward together – to produce solutions addressing the issues in developing countries, with the technologies from Japan.
